Prep and After-Care
Proper pre- and post-care is key to achieving and keeping a beautiful tan. Obtaining a stunning glow is a team effort, after all! Take a look at our tips below.
- Ensure all other personal service appointments are completed prior to your spray tan (sugaring, waxing, mani-pedis, lash extensions, facials, etc.).
- Hair removal (sugaring, waxing, or shaving) should be done 48 hours before your session.
- Book 1-2 days before vacations or 1-3 days before events.
- Moisturize and hydrate in the days leading up to your appointment.
- In the weeks leading to your appointment, exfoliate 2-4 times before your session to remove dead skin cells and help prevent an uneven tan.

- Do not exfoliate until your tan has faded.
- If you need to shave, we recommend doing so gently with a new razor. Keep in mind sugaring or waxing will remove spray tan.
- Avoid exfoliants, cleansing tools, and oil-based cleansers. Gentle facial cleansers are okay.
